when you buy someone's car via the LSCM you buy an exact replica of their build. if you don't have the unlock requirements for said vehicle mod, it'd still be on the car if you bought it from someone with the mods installed. I recommend buying an autoshop if you've got the funds and like upgrading cars as this business removes level and progression requirements for all vehicle unlocks
