Uhh, yes and no.

Yes: Easy to use around the city, fast speed, easy for grinding.
No: Cost a lot even with trade price, sparrow is faster and better at long distance traveling, sparrow is good for heist preps.

I do think mk2 is a must buy at one point or another, but I would just saw to get sparrow for now.
