To anyone having the glitch what I did was report it as a Bug report and then it asked if it prevented progression or something like that and after I filled whatever the page was asking me I told them in the Box to put messages just that the film reel never spawned n stuff and my props were just stuck at 9/10 and I only wanted the outfit.
Under that I sent them 3 pictures
-One of my inventory showing the props saying 9/10
-One of the Desk in the middle of the room where the reel should be
-One of the trash can where the reel should be
And that was it, everything else is self explanatory like putting your Psn or Xbox or whatever gamertag and whatever else ot asked I can't remember but it took about 24 hours and They fixed it. I didn't get the money and my props are forever stuck at 9/10 but I checked my closet and it was there so im happy it worked. I hope this Maybe helps anyone else having this glitch 🙂 @native zodiac
