I think apt cmm will stay the same but I imagine loyalty and all in order will have an increase. Doomsday cmm should DEFINITELY get an increase. Cmm 2 is $750,000 
, Cmm 3 is $1,750,000, Cmm 4 is $3,750,000. I would say all these bonuses need an increase cuz for all the work you put into the challenge and you only get 3,750,000?? Not to mention how hard act 3 can get and how often the challenge can reset itself on you.

Here is how you do the kosatka prep for cayo perico

Fast travel to the merryweather site
2.Drive ur kosatka to the merryweather kosatka -
Hold X on ps4 and A on xbox to descend

Hold Right D-Pad to put the kosatka on autopilot

Then just leave your kosatka and swim towards the other one and get the sonar jammer
You can also do one more thing in step 2
when you reach to the buzzards and patrol boats you can use the periscope by pressing Right D-PAD to take them out
This can help in-case you die while in the merryweather kosatka
because when you die you spawn near that area and if the helis and boats are there they can easily kill you

LJT: make sure you have at least 1 bar of supply or more (the supply bar must be colored green) in each of your biker businesses and then close them.
CEO Assistant: Buy a CEO vehiche warehouse/office garage.
Ron: Buy a Hangar (on Mazebank foreclosure).
Lester: Buy a Facility (on Mazebank foreclosure).
Tony: Buy a Nightclub (on Mazebank foreclosure).
In each case you normally need to buy the relevant properties to get the calls about those things to stop. And even then you'll still get the odd phonecall from some contacts.
