Aww yess: I've found a bug and a workaround. Or is this old news?
The bug is: if you started your GTA session in the Kosatka and head to helm, your fast travels will cost $10,000 (even if you had completed the Cayo Perico heist).
The workaround: Head to the conning tower (the ladder behind the Heist Planning Board), exit the sub, and then head back in. This time when you go to helm, your fast travels will now cost $2,000 as it should be.

it's called aerodynamics. you fold over the wings and the resistance is 0 so the bike starts to descend

but it goes faster because also no resistance
