it depends how you define passive; if you want 100% passive then you have nightclub, arcade and agency safes; although you have to grind like a champion to get the agency to pay out.
if you want semi-passive then nightclub deliveries; but you need all the other businesses setup - bunker is the other good one.
everything else; skip it.
