If Person A has already passed Mastermind, then Person A can do other heists in the middle of a Mastermind run with Person B/C/D. It'd reset the progress for him if he hadn't done it, but if he has, it won't matter.

Person B/C/D won't lose their progress just because Person A did heists with other people or out-of-order in between. They'll only lose their progress if they do it with someone else or out of order.
