To fix this issue, go to your laptop and change your staff to do the opposite of what they're doing (research do stock, stock do research) and then put it back. The supplies will show and you won't have to suffer the long loading times

Whenever you purchase supplies you just have to wait about 10 minutes for them to arrive to your bunker, honestly after that point it’s best to just leave a bunker and do whatever they’ll show up when they do and you can just have your staff do whatever you want. Whether it be going and making more product to sell or research to unlock attachments for other things to purchase it’s up to you
