The key to fo the prep is first fast travel to the nearest point of the yellow mark then drive your own kosatka to distroy marryweather boats and heli then park ur kosatka on top of the MW kosatka and dive to get the prep, this way they wont respawn when u kill them + is it’s stupid quick
