When I first started playing I did "simeonomics", "under the hammer" and "RV there yet" these are all entry level missions with no requirements. They pay like 20k for 10 minutes and on triple money weeks are pretty OP. You can find them in the map pop up screen under online->jobs->Rockstar created->missions and half way down you'll find a section of repo jobs. These are 3 of my favorites but there's some other good ones too.
