First of all do the treasure hunt, then the bounty hunt and the new clues with the navy revolver, do the challenges and that's a easy million after that go on a lfg and do heists cayo and casino preferably after you reach 2.2mil, buy the kosatka and do cayo pericos, invite someone from lfg to help you, then buy a bunker and upgrade the staff and equipment, after that buy the Mc businesses and keep upgrading them one by one, after that buy the nightclub and upgrade it, you're basically set
