sneaky is the best, in that case the preps u need to do is:

kotsatka for enterance

for equpiment:
safecodes (since ur first target will be the madrazo files)
finger print cloner (its mandatory)
cutting torch (this is optional but you need to do this so you can enter through the drainage tunnel (the game doesnt tell you where the tunnnel is when scoping so just look up a video on where to find it when scoping the island)

weapons:
it doesnt matter since u only need headshots tbh but i use the assult rifle, but also make sure to always buy the 5K supporessors.

thats all the setups u need to do

all of them take an hour with the sparrow but you wont have that and u only will have the small boat so id say like an hour and a half
