The kosatka is best used for the cayo heist as one of the best means of making money in the game today, outside of it it is an excellent base of operations in order to passively defend yourself especially near a yacht and fire either guided homing missiles using the periscope or sit in the terminal next to it and fire off guided missiles that I have a 60 second cool down rate, The fact that it also works is storage for your toreador is icing on the cake

In GTA online for the most part all AI computer enemies are virtually deaf so long as you do not fire a gun that isn’t silenced, all you have to do is literally walk around their vision cones and ignore them so long as they don’t see you in order to get where you need to go. Literally do not mess with this unless you have an ass load of money laying around and nothing better to do. That being said there is a very easy way to quickly grind levels for the arena war

If you already own an arena workshop and change the setting to auto spectator mode then just go into the booth and most modes it’ll just kick you into the spectator booth where you can just spin the wheel as many times as you want and hopefully get 100 to 250 arena points on a spin for only $5000 every 20 seconds
