i bought it when it was on discount and hitman contracts paid double, the agency story has some good missions and a reasonable pay out, atleast worth doing once, the armory has a 5% discount and is the only base you can get armor in, the vehicle workshops good and it has a decent garage, Payphone hits and contracts are good money sources, both better than Headhunter in my opinion
