Long story short, when you scout out the island, in the water bellow the compound there is a drainage tunnel, once you get close to it and then leave the island you will be able to do the prep for the cutting torch

Which is a lot better than explosives

1. You get the best entrance (the drainage tunnel)
2. You don't need to find bolt cutters to open gates silently
