you get the price indicated on your computer screen (plus the bonus u get if you sell in a public lobby, this bonus is dependent upon the amt of ppl that are in your lobby, and you get an extra 1 percent more than the base sell price of your stock for every person in the lobby, so if there were 14 people in your lobby when you sold you'd make 14 percent more on your sale, i believe your associate's payment is set and the bonus doenst affect their pay but im not sure)
