Hey guys, weird story. Been driving around in my Champion with jammer today and at some point a guy drives up to me, who lost in a challenge vs me. I thought he was just gonna shoot me, but suddenly he started spawning torpedoes out of thin air much like Kosatka's. Even with jammer they followed me and one even made a loop, returned and hit my car overthrowing it in the water. So I became immobilized and guy finished me off with his riffle. Feeling quite offended, I picked up my Oppressor and stuffed him 11 v 2. All this time torpedo stuff repeated, but I was on agile Oppressor, so he couldn't hit me. At some point he hid himself in garage, but even then shot at me with this. And I just don't quite understand what that was. Was that a modder? Or was it some kind of weapon I don't know about? I'm on Xbox so I have never seen modders before, is it a common thing on PC?
