ok the problem i have always had with ppl comparing casino and cayo is that they forget cayo has 4 different possible targets (excluding panther statue) and casino has 3 (excluding diamonds), if ur comparing casino with diamonds to cayo with tequila well obviously casino with diamonds is better, yes casino takes a bit more time to do than cayo but casino can still be done fairly quickly, in general for money cayo is better for money per hour, but casino is still a fun alternative and in SOME cases is better than cayo, but if ur talking abt casino cash then no generally a cayo is better than casino cash
