The oppressor MK2 shouldn't even exist in the game, while yes, it is possible for a vehicle like that to exist in the game universe (if you look closely you'll notice it uses the same systems as a hydra to stay in the air) it simply does not fit in with the theme of the game or even the update in which it was added, nothing about the nightclubs was futuristic or technologically advanced
