So I was so poor that when I won the toreador of the podium, i thought that it was just a cool car but I really wanted the money more than enything. Location for MC businesses depends on how you play and sell. The ones that is located in the city costs more, but if you have the help in selling, all of the sales (to further location) is away from the city. Only the most stubborn griefers will attack those.

And if you have MC businesses in other locations (like desert/near alamo sea/paleto) the sales will be always towards the city and that's the place where the griefers spend most of the time

If you just sell solo and always make solo sessions, then going for the cheapest location is the smart choise.

I rarely do the sub prep, but when I do it i fast travel my kosatka close to the location, then take out Sparrow, kill enemies and then spawn dinghy. After coming out of the sub just use the dinghy and done. Takes like 3-4mins
