@wet tartan So anyway, earlier as Michael, I was doing the Epsilon Program side missions, and the final mission gave the choice to either escort the 2 mil in the baby blue Tailgater to send to the cult, or betray the cult and steal both the Tailgater and the money. I chose the latter to get the Gold Medal objective AND to piss off the cult leader.

And to add insult to injury, apparently that vehicle was compatible with the Big Score heist, so I used that as my getaway vehicle.

There's multiple cults in the HD Universe in GTA, three of which pertain to the protagonisfs in GTA V: ghe Epsilon Program for Michael, Children of the Mountain for Franklin, and the Altruists for Trevor (of course).

Aside from achievements/trophies, yes

Michael gets Kifflom robes (and 2 mil if he betrays the cult for the Gold Medal objectives), Franklij gets a CotM shirt, and Trevor gets money for each of the 4 victims he sends to the Altruists, and he gets to loot the cuot after killing them all in a shootout after getting betrayed by the cult.

@supple hill If you're going to send any random event NPC's to the Altruists when playing as Trevor, the following is recommended:
Drunk Driver
Drunk Couple (counts as 2 people)
Snatched girl (she gives no reward if you take her to her usual destination)

Also note that due to bugs in GTA V, the drunk driver and drunk couple may not spawn. That's basically why I quit on the Altruist side missions.
