The thing is that making money from this game can be a struggle. I understand that, so if you're gonna sell something, I'll either help or stay as far away as possible. Nothing is easy. The process is time consuming and selling stuff has risks, not just from having other players around. But the game has AI that are intentionally trying to stop you. For us high levels, that's no big deal. But for newer people, that's another story

well read the game and the current strategies used. R* tends to be very vague and isn’t straight forward.

I feel like R* wants to implement businesses again but in a different format

we all know the old format is outdated.

They might also be trying to tell the playerbase to change. They might entirely be trying to get rid of businesses.

But it’s up to the community to decide l on what they want to do.
