I feel like when people here talk about the "low quality" of the Definitive Editions, they say it's all about the graphics.

I believe the real issue is in the overall unpolished, buggy state of the games.

Assuming you have an OppMK2 or the Sparrow,

  1. beach your Kosatka at Vespucci or Del Perro;
  2. use the Finboat: go to the selected Police Station and flat out any resistance, destroy anything. With some luck the boat will spawn in the road next to the PS. Then loose the cops, grab the truck, and done. It's good practice mark on your mark the dock where you have to deliver the boat, just in case you have to loose the cops with the boat already, you can drive to its surroundings.

  1. go for the weapons (I suggest conspirator). If the mission is on the Merryweather HQ, shoot down the heli and begin again. It'll probably send you downtown. Land your Opp/heli on the roof, go stealth inside, and that's it.

  1. Go for the 3 other stuff (never the charges). It's basically safehouse-safehouse, construction site (use stealth).

  1. And that's it. The reason to beach the sub at the suggested location is that every mission will be downtown Los Santos, so it's the fastest approach.
