You need a nightclub for the terrorbyte, and the terrorbyte needs a specialized vehicle workshop for you to mod a mark 2 and store it

The moc is a vehicle workshop like in a avenger which you need to use to put on the mods you unlock thru research and “weaponize” vehicles they don’t become personal till you pay a bit and customize them

So you call Pegasus get your insurgent drive it into the moc weaponize it then you can park it in you own garage

That’s separate from the terrorbyte workshop which is specifically for the mk2 oppressor

It’s the same with aircraft you need to call for it then bring it inside the hangar to make it a personal vehicle

And those planes spawn differently like in the same spots on the map so you can easily get a plane or chopper if you remember those spots

That’s why I think videogeddon is the best arcade
