passive businesses like the nightclub and bunker i would consider, those wouldnt need u to put in much work to make a bit of extra cash, ofc for the bunker you'll need to buy one and buy the staff and equipment upgrades to maximize efficiency, and yes that does cost a couple million, but you'll eventually make ur money back, as for the nightclub well you need to own certain businesses and the upgrades to make it run well, nc's an investment upwards of 6mil, but the nc doesnt need u to put in any work either, just the selling
