I'm confused about something else with prep missions, but this time for diamond casino. I have been crew several times and leader at least 2, but I still have many approaches unavailable despite all scoping and optional preps done when I am leader. What am I missing? Is it just RNG that decides what outfits and other approach specific things I get to use? For example, I can't seem to figure out how to unlock the NOOSE exit disguise or the firefighter exit disguise, much less the entry disguise that gets you all the way to the vault instead of just down to the lounge or up to the office. I think I need the armored car crew stuff. It's just that the game never gives me the option to do those preps so I can't use them in the finale either.
