Ok this has been on my mind for GTA Online for those to have a consistent mission go right instead of blind inviting people to assist you with missions and heists and that is NPC Crews where if you wish to hire someone for a job you must do a few missions to hire them. These NPC Crew members can level up their skills with each of the successful job. I see them when you hire them where they are the same level as you with each of them offering up unique skills for the jobs that you can undertake in GTA Online. This idea is used within GTA V for certain NPCs that get used through out the storyline. This could be used for those who wish not to deal with Modders / Cheaters in public lobbies to play the game. What are your guys thoughts on this idea??
