Just different skin and way more expensive

But also unlocked from the start so you can get them if you really want and you don't have the other unlocked

Although to be fair the unholy hellbringer and combat mg do have some differences

You don't have to reload unholy but you can upgrade the combat mg to mk2 which makes it a lot more powerful than unholy hellbringer
