for bunker id say chumash or route 68, for facility definitely route 68 (yes ik its not a business, just gonna include it anyways), ceo office go with maze bank west (cheapest one, location doensnt rlly matter), large ceo warehouse go with darnell bros, auto shop go with la mesa (this one doesnt rlly matter u can rlly go with any auto shop, i just picked la mesa cuz its on the same road to the ls car meet, and i have the videogeddon arcade), arcade i recommend 8bit or videogeddon, vehicle warehouse go with la puerta (if ur tight on cash go with la mesa cuz its cheapest and not a bad location, thing with la mesa is that gangs will be there, if ur caught in a gunfight with pursuing npcs the gangs will join in as well, la puerta is objectively the best just based off of source and sell mission variations, it's closer to most of the missions than the other vehicle warehouses are), for mc clubhouse buy the cheapest one, literally doesnt matter, same logic applies to the coke lockup, cash factory, and meth lab, coincidentally all of the cheapest ones are located closest to each other, for nightclub go with the west vinewood or downtown vinewood locations cuz those are closer to nightclub sell missions

route 68's closer to the center of the map, its near a main road that cuts thru the mountains and leads directly into the city, when taking into consideration all prep/setup/finale locations route 68 is the best located to reach majority of them, also for some reason there's an aircraft spawn location right behind the route 68 facility (its an open grass field where when calling in a jet or heli thru the interaction menu it'll spawn literally right behind the facility entrance), also its right across the route 68 bunker and near the ideal mc business locations

yes buy the toreador, its a great pvp vehicle and a fun vehicle to mess around with overall, its boost recharges in abt 2.2 seconds, it comes stock with infinite decent tracking missiles, it also comes stock with powerful driver controlled mgs, it can be used in heist setups and the og and doomsday heist finales, doesnt require the moc or avenger to customize it (bring it to lsc), it can tank 6 homing missiles (it gets destroyed on the 6th one), i see no reason to not buy it
