im assuming if ur asking this question ur not talking abt using expo rounds to snipe at jets, im telling u this from my personal experience: i dont see the crime in using expo rounds for ground to ground combat (if im sniping someone im not gonna use the peashooter, and the marksman rifle doesnt have enough zoom), i have expo rounds equipped for jets, but since im not able to switch expo rounds on and off i just use it to snipe on ground

thing is with rpgs

they have a bigger blast radius

so its a bit different from expo rounds?, in my opinion, if u catch somebody use expo rounds then go for it use rpgs, i personally think its alr to use rpgs in ground combat (ofc there's exceptions, say someone who's spamming rpgs or ewoing or thermal rpging)

if u have the luxury of a friend i recommend u get the half track, apc's not a bad option but the half track's cannon shreds thru everything like its paper mache, id also recommend u buy the aa trailer, upgrade to the flak cannon, and shred khanjalis in two hits (it has no armor, but its extremely powerful, its meant to be towed by a nightshark for example), i also recommend u check out the avenger since u got a friend (one person would be flying, the other person in the back firing the explosive cannon)

overall the tank cannon's better, for hitting air targets the sam battery doesnt rlly do that all well, for hitting ground targets (well u wouldnt even use a sam battery for ground targets), just save ur money and go with the tank cannon tbh

if u plan on doing a ton of pvp and are looking for a fun vehicle, the toreador's the perfect blend of both, if ur looking for a vehicle to pvp with a friend in, go with half track or avenger, maybe apc but not rlly since a khanjali's better anyways, if ur looking for a freemode "tank" (could also be used to specifically get u out of tight spots or deter mk2s), go with a moc (its also got a trailer in the back with explosive cannons like the avenger, and the cab can tank 69+ homing missiles)
