Do the longfin approach with drainage tunnel entry. Choose that and then head to the main airstrip first, raid the main warehouse and use the forklift and the boxes to get access to the top floor. There's usually 3 or 4 secondary targets there. Then back in the boat and do the tunnel entry. Then when done just jump on the bike outside the compound and ride into the water and swim away.
