depends tbh, its the most armored vehicle in the game, able to tank 60+ homing missiles, and the moc also allows you to customize vehicles only customizable in the moc or avenger such as the deluxo, apc, scramjet, etc., it also gives you access to the moc missions, which when done will allow u to unlock a certain trade price to the vehicle it corresponds to (u can unlock the trade price to the nightshark, apc, half track, oppressor mk1, and a few others im forgetting rn), plus with friends its rlly fun to drive around cuz passengers inside the trailer can use turrets (that comes with the command center upgrade tho)

you'll have to watch a video on it, for certain weapons yes it'll change the amount of damage it does in a good way, however some mk2 variants of weapons will negatively affect the dps, take the carbine rifle mk2, there's no objective reason to actually spend 100k to uprgade it to mk2, it makes the carbine weaker, for the heavy sniper rifle mk2 the main reason you'd upgrade it to mk2 variant is to gain access to explosive rounds and a thermal scope, if u rlly wanna know which weapons to upgrade to mk2 and which ones to stay away from, alongside which ammo type you shld purchase let me know
