Nightclub gets you a completely infinite source of income as long as you don’t fill any business all the way. I feel like even if it’s slow at first you’d benefit greatly from having no limits. And you can totally expand after the fact anyway.

I personally only run three out of mine. My crates warehouse was just collecting dust plus 2 mcs I actually wanted.

Autoshop: 10 car garage, free classic paintjobs, autoshop contracts are its main uses. You’ll spend a shorter amount of time in missions making a smaller profit (~300k for best contract mission)

Hangar: Needed to store aircrafts/aircraft customization. For money, you’ll spend longer time sourcing crates for a bigger profit. (~360k an hour if you are sourcing and selling efficiently. More if you choose to sell in public lobbies). Would recommend having access to an air vehicle to speed up sourcing missions (oppressor mk2, sparrow, ceo buzzard, raiju)

I never bothered putting weapons on my deluxo cause I already had several weaponized vehicles at my disposal but even so, it’s nice to have. But I think that’s it, just “nice to have” if you wanted it. Several aircraft and motorbikes you can choose from that can serve the exact same purpose.

Oh. We started the game. I did an upssie and we all died. Then we got to the trash trucks. We got in. Then the 2 drivers fucked around that who drives. Then they managed to run over each other. Then we Respawned. I checked If there is tk by shooting an RPG to my friends and me. I died. Then restart. And then we got finally into it. Then we got going. We died at the gas station. Then the 2ndary driver started playing cod mobile. And was afk. Then we died again at the gas station. And then we made it till the end

All 4 of us are lvl 100-220

You know fun is actually the most important thing. I'm glad, but it really isn't about how long it takes you (unless you're speedrunning of course) and has everything to do with understanding how the game behaves. Being able to get back up is the mark of a truly skilled player.

Cars people will benefit from the autoshop because most level locked upgrades will become available but I personally have no reason to get one for myself. Now being able to put in the work towing cars is something I enjoy. I haven't done a single salvage yard contract but the tow jobs are more than enough to satisfy me. In the end it all depends on how you want to play.

I’m the type of player who doesn’t make repeat payments always buying things like supplies and such so I never had to worry about “high demand” but I understand why people may want to. It’s a fool’s errand in my book because as you said, it takes one.

I think it depends how you want to play and what you see yourself actually doing. Sure the enhanced version offers a few extra things but if they don't interest you then there's no reason to switch. As the case for me. Not only that but I have to be able to switch between a clean online and fully modified single player experience so for my needs, old gen is where I stay.

Only you can answer that. I don't know what interests you the most, if the animals make a big difference for you then I'd say so but if not then no. If I could compare it to something, a lot of people say tow truck missions are boring and they try to skip the ones that take them 5 miles to and back. I'm over here enjoying the relaxing drive.

You can try to find videos of deep sea diving to get a feel for it before you take the plunge but it rests solely on you.

You know personally I don’t care so much about rank. The game does get a bit dull if you were to play aimlessly but because I like to play the game based solely on what interests me, it never gets stale. How I managed to do the exact same thing for 4 odd years now.

Decided the only reason I’d get one of those was the gym but given how I like to play, the strength parameter never really became an issue (the tequilala mc steal mission is the only thing I struggle with when I got it at one point where I had to quit.) So I just got GTA on PC after playing it on xbox, I am way too used to the controller gameplay and just started a mission and realised there is no auto aim, i hate my keyboard so switching between controller and keyboard is not an option, is there any way for it to register im using controller only? or will i have to adjust to controller + no auto
