I had to look this up for another player. It said something about how people have reported both scenarios to be true in that some have eliminated it completely while others have only significantly lowered the chances.

How mansion security affects ceo cargo is different to things like mc businesses in that it says you need both mansion and business to secure mc but because ceo crates doesn’t have security, the mansion is said to be all you need. TLDR, I wouldn’t go in and expect full zero. If they no longer occur great but I would always stay vigilant.

Cosmetic ones don't do anything but you get a motorbike workshop which is another source of income if you play it safe and customize it to customer specs. I've never tried doing something else cause I want to guarantee satisfaction but I hear there's a chance the customer likes it even more and you get some bonus.

Oh, nightclub is a really nice shout. Good to secure an infinite source of income early, and DJs are optional so you don't have to pay anything to upkeep. The troublemaker and vip should be more than sufficient to maintain popularity. Just don't drive like a maniac and it should be as easy as pie.

Every so often, you get either a troublemaker to kick out or a vip to drive. These are incredibly easy to do and make the DJ's essentially obsolete. But there are people who don't even want to do that so they continue to pay for DJs. I've seen many people drive erratically and turn around to say the vip scares easy. If you just slow down and take your time, it makes it so much easier.

Garment factory gives you a few extra features to the terrorbyte should you want one of those. It gives you the option to fast travel to certain places around the map. And then there's the contract files you could do as well but I can't attest to how they are cause I have no reason to buy.

And yes, I know some people just make money through the safe, but to be honest, the safe is only good if you have the place fully upgraded.

The garment factory does some mini heists, and an app will be added to your phone, where you can start prep missions and the finale without going in it. If you’re curious, what’s the purpose the building has? mainly terrabyte upgrades and a passive safe (which doesn’t give much cash).

50k every 48 real work minutes. So every 100k I’ll do a mission and move.

I don’t know the amount for the upgrades because I had my nightclub for years.

Nightclub is infinity if you don’t fill any of the businesses up all the way. I’d say it’s nice to secure a limitless source of income and expand later if you choose to do so.

I don’t need any of the features the garment factory provides so there is no reason for me to get it but do your research to see if any of the functions catches your eye. I can’t tell you how often people buy without considering their own play style and it just gets wasted.

You cannot play a sandbox wrong. The game gives you total control over how you want to play and how you make your money this cannot be your only one. Sure it sucks that isn't functioning as intended but your options are wide open. If you've followed the guides to a tee, that's the only thing you can do.

If you've done it with at least 1 other person, your cooldown will be 48 minutes.

Whenever said cooldown is over, you'll receive a message from pavel saying that you can hit the island again.

After receiving this message while you're still online after the initial finale, you'll have 48 minutes to buy the setup fee again. This will put the finale in hardmode.

NOTE if you go offline after the finale, the cooldown timer still runs meaning that; yes you'll get the message that you can hit the island again if you boot up the game like a day later, but the window of getting hardmode has passed then.

The window to get hardmode is after the initial cooldown is over you got 48 minutes to buy the setup fee.

Oh, and to piggyback off of what xe said, nightclub does get you an infinite source of income as long as you don't fill any business all the way. Troublemaker and vips are easy enough (just don't drive like a maniac) and you shouldn't have to pay a dime to run the nightclub either so it can all be profit. Videos say a whole bunch of stuff are "required" when they really are just recommendations. Regardless how you look at it, I wouldn't skip on infinity.

All mc businesses do the exact same thing it’s less about location and more about personal preference I think. If you were running an even number of mcs, my only suggestion would be to get one in los santos and one in blaine county so you wouldn’t have to make the return trip empty but aside from that, it is all personal preference as long as you make the long distance delivery.

Now if you were to keep spending money and making repeating payments all the time, you’re gonna want to upgrade something. I haven’t even looked at the upgrade options because I like to do things myself at no additional cost so that all the money I make is profit but I believe with the spend money method without upgrading, it gets you a net loss in some mcs so it’s vital to upgrade if you were to keep spending money on it.

I don’t wait for anything. By going in and doing it myself, I don’t have to pay for anything making all of it profit. While I don’t run mc often, whenever I want to do it I always go in and steal once allowing me to only deal with up to two sell vehicles.

Not to mention the work ethic is what I enjoy most and why I play.

But to directly answer your question, by the time I’ve made my motorbike delivery and towed my two vehicles, roughly three in game days have passed allowing me to cycle back to sell nightclub goods before any business has the time to fill all the way up. Once I’m done selling this I get to head back to the clubhouse or salvage yard to rinse and repeat.

I don’t actually rinse and repeat but I am given the opportunity to do so provided they are all spread out across the map so travel time gets added. It is the work ethic that makes me enjoy the game and most certainly doesn’t mean you have to do it too. What you want to do is find something you enjoy to pass that time just like how others have mentioned, they do anything they can think of.

It only disguises you inside the casino, not outside. Firefighter disguises you outside the casino for a short while, and noose disguises you outside the casino permanently. However, Noose has the worst prep, Firefighter has a fat easier prep, and High Roller only has to find the 52 cars once and then never had to do anything ever again, no prep involved. Basically, either easier prep work but less features in the finale, or more features in the finale but also more prep work.
