no. Better question is are you willing to spend millions of dollars on a safe house in the ocean just only have the ability to unlock a few missions that will only give you less than a quarter of a mil and an outfit?
Despite the fact that the mansions are more expensive, they’re actually more worth it than a yacht. The mansions give you can get 20 cars slots, a master control terminal, and the ability of fast travel to any other property that you own for free. And that’s without buying upgrades.
Yachts should be the last thing you ever purchased as a property.

I can’t personally recommend it but your research is important too. The majority of players can only see the money and that’s actually the driving force behind pretty much every guide. Guides don’t really care about what it is you enjoy doing or what your intentions are. Some may actually enjoy doing the missions and for others, the captain’s uniform makes the whole thing “worth it” but in terms of resources and what you get, the yacht is lacking. Barring countermeasures if you need them for anything, there really isn’t anything of value.

Long grind, but it can be worth it. You need to have at least 2 large warehouses. To fill them you're gonna need 666k to fill 1 warehouse, so 666k times 2 = 1.3 mil investment for a 2.2 mil times 2 = 4.4 mil sell. Meaning that you get 3 mil for doing this

This can be done while your cayo is on cooldown

I’m unsure what the expense to profit ratio is. All I know is you are required to constantly spend money on this and there is no way to do it for free so I personally avoid it at all costs.

Businesses are more designed for the working class. If you’re just after the money then heists would be a better go to. I only say that because you want to know what it is you’re getting yourself into and plenty of people complain about the work. You can of course pay for everything but you’d then have holes in your pockets and it kinda defeats the purpose.

GTA rp is more of a single player / fivem multiplayer thing. This server specifically targets online play where you should run clean files with no mods installed.

There are ways to prevent a type of sell mission from spawning by occupying the space where certain vehicles spawn but if you've got a full business I don't think there's a way to force a single vehicle. What I do is do one steal mission worth of supplies which guarantees up to two sell vehicles making it a cake walk solo.

Well there's not much that can be done if the businesses are full. Only thing you can do is occupy the space where certain vehicles spawn to prevent them from spawning but that's pretty much it.

I haven't had to deal with this before so I'm unclear exactly what the problem is. But a search suggests clearing your cache. Are you trying to join via the home menu or have you also tried the pause menu? Because the search suggested using the pause menu and I've seen it where when someone says they've tried everything, they usually haven't. I wanna cover my basis.

Okay well if it's a server issue, plenty of people would be talking about it so I'd say that could be crossed off the list.

Your friends would have told you if they've set their settings so you can't join each others sessions. That's out.

Also, unless you know what your doing, I wouldn't touch "DNS connections" or whatever it's called because something on the internet tells you about connection issues.

Barring any of those, it's either clear cache or restart game from the looks of it.

It always has 1 sell vehicle aswell, so sell missions are easy enough

If you want to go down the MC route, I'd reccomend getting the coke, meth and cash businesses later down the line so that when you eventually get a nightclub, you can assign your technicians to multiple things at once

And the bunker is also a really great business, either the chumash or farmhouse location are best situated but farmhouse has better highway access

Selling a nightclub before any of your businesses reaches full capacity means you never run out of space. Truth is Tony’s doesn’t mean anything when all of it is profit anyway. Sure it’s slow but if you never run out of space, it is the definition of infinity.

I haven't looked into the bail office much or at all but is the salvage yard something you'd be willing to do? Not everyone is as eager to put in that kind of work like I am having decided to get one just to tow cars. If you just want to skip over the ones that have you going 5 miles, then it isn't the business you're after. I'd say is a business you can just skip over.

If you have the document forgery it drops to like 2 k

With the salvage yard you get 3 mission per week and that is that no more no less you can scarp the cars but you get way less never scarp the cars from the mini heist unless you really wanna do career progression

Location doesn’t matter as long as you sell longer distance. I think it depends how much work you’re willing to put in because if you just pay for supplies (like most people do) then I’m pretty sure you’re at a net loss if you don’t upgrade some of these mc businesses but if you sell one steal mission at a time not only is it all profit but it makes solo work easier because you’d only get one or two sell vehicles.

Bunker is a nice shout if you need it for anything which I don’t. The “passive” nature people talk about comes at the cost of repeat payments which to most is water under the bridge but I’d compare it to nails on a chalkboard.

I forget how many vehicles need to be brought to the warehouse in order for the special vehicle to be unlocked but if it says you’ve already unlocked it, it’s fair to assume you’ve already done the special vehicle mission where you steal it. There’s some stairs at the back of the vehicle warehouse that leads you to the underground section which is where these special vehicles are stored.

I gotta assume you’ve already done it because of what it says but in case you haven’t, do a couple vehicle warehouse missions to unlock the special vehicle and you gotta do that mission with a friend or random.

I believe it would depends on how many warehouses and how big are they but let’s say you have the largest ones so one mission would take up to 4 minutes max the largest can hold up to 128 crates so one would roughly take about 170 minutes so about almost 3 hours of pure playing

It depends on your needs. I’ve done my research and determined that nothing on the enhanced version even remotely interests me. And on top of that, I need to switch between clean online files and a fully modified single player experience at the push of a button so legacy is where I stay. If anything interests you go for it but make sure something does before just blindly following along.
