I know I can't sit through anything I'm not interested in. There's nothing I can suggest that would make it any easier and what I've always done is to just ignore it focusing on what I actually enjoy doing. I will say however that looking at it like some grind especially if you find it unbearable, it feels like work. These things are meant to be slowly chipped away at and done as you play naturally over time. It feels less like work if it's something that comes natural to your own play style.

Have you switched sessions? I know that switching sessions after a few cars can cause them to bug and not spawn any more.

You have to do them all in the same session. Took me 2 hours for all 10 when I done them.

Honestly, griefing people is messed up. However, deluxo rockets are more accurate then Oppressor rocket. The deluxo is harder to dodge missiles with unless you know how as its slower. The Oppressor is also pretty bad at dodging missiles from other accurate vehicles but you can doge some missiles (from other mk2 oppresors aswell) by just going in circles. Overall, the conclusion is there both quite good however you will be hated by 99% of the gta community if you use it for that reason.

Yes that is correct. But what does that have to do with not needing a vehicle if you have enough skill? I'm talking about a 1v1 scenario. No one runs away. If the other person has resorted to using vehicles, usually its because there not good enough to fight on foot and are getting destroyed by you. Hence they have little skill meaning they resort to using a vehicle.

How much have you learned from the heist? Speedrunners are on a time crunch. An ordinary player should just understand the mechanics and get through it. I’m not a heister myself but no matter what it is, I think it’s more valuable to take something away from your experience than it is to worry about speed.

Expected action vs unexpected action. The game doesn't take how loud something is supposed to be into consideration when you simply aren't supposed to pistol whip an inanimate object. It may have parameters that allow silenced weapons to fire upon guards but I don't believe the unexpected action was coded into the parameters so the game has to think something's been tripped.

But if your going to do it only 1 time or never going to do it, the location isn't really that important.

Just be mindful that with the purchase of an auto shop comes KDJ and Sessanta. A little bit of research should get you going on your journey but if you truly have no idea where to start, I’d look at guides but ignore all the opinions and stick only to the facts.
