I always want to take full advantage of every resource I have available so by not doing that, I can't personally recommend it although it seems to be the general consensus to buy and not use. I mean, you open two sources and limiting yourself to just one. I'd personally say that if it's something you'd be interested in doing then go for it. It can only help but if you don't see yourself doing it, the nightclub makes infinity with or without it as long as you sell before any of the businesses reaches capacity.

Not to mention that by doing one mc steal mission, it guarantees up to two sell vehicles which on top of having no expenses to worry about, it is easy to do solo.

I have no expenses to worry about so those features in particular mean nothing to me but you gotta determine for yourself if any of the features is something you'd be interested in for your own specific playstyle. I never get put in a situation where I can improve my strength so the gym is tempting and I may need it one day but it doesn't hinder what I do. You gotta make a decision based on what you do.

Oh you're missing out. Nightclub gives you one sell vehiicle no matter how much stock you have. The two popularity missions make rotating DJs obsolete so you don't have to pay anything to upkeep. And as long as you don't fill any of the businesses to capacity it stays infinite.

Drive with a sense of purpose but never like a maniac when doing the chauffeur vip mission and you're golden.

Hangar is one of those businesses where you gotta be willing to put in the work to really enjoy it and there's no harm in deciding you aren't up for it.

What I do is set a specific number of crates to source on my own whenever I feel like it and I do it no matter which mission I get because they are all doable in the time you get. I don't care about the time. I know it's doable I'm gonna do it.

Yeah it’s nimble. Whenever I solo the salvage crew I know I need something small enough to land on it and as for the gang lockup, it’s nice to be able to take out some of the enemy and just fly through when applicable. Either that or park it close to the entrance.

The only time when I pull out either a buzzard or fh hunter is if I gotta help someone with their salvage operation. I believe I briefly heard mention that the raiju stealth can make it so the cops don’t recognize you but there’s nothing against just waiting it out.

Honestly all missions can be done solo within the allotted time. It’s the right combination of work, technique and skill.

I would honestly get the nightclub as soon as possible. Not only is the work done for you but as long as you don't fill your businesses to capacity, you never run out of space making it infinite. And on top of that, swapping DJs has really become obsolete seeing as both popularity missions are super easy. Drive the client with a sense of urgency but never like a maniac and it becomes a breeze. You can choose to not pay anything to upkeep which means the money you do make can all be considered profit. Also, renovations can be made at any time.

Sell missions are random. If I remember correctly:

• Titan is always 1
• Tug boat is also always 1
• Truck (brickade 6x6) is 1 to 3, depending on the number of cargo crates. 111 crates are max. So if you sell 37, it guarantees 1 vehicle.
  P.s. all ceo crates sale missions, even with full warehouse (111 crates) are doable solo. Why do you wanna have only 1 vehicle?

I’m pretty sure you can’t force one sell vehicle and you just have to get lucky but the next best thing is that one steal mission guarantees up to two sell vehicles for mc work. Now, I’m thinking one steal mission should result in something similar for bunker although I can’t test it to be sure.

you can reroll for the one-vehicle job but its usually not worth it if you want to make money

particularly when it comes to nightclub, you actually lose money filling it

Increases the popularity all the way to max. You shouldn’t ever get to a point where one popularity mission wouldn’t be sufficient though.

First time is $100 000 each I believe and every other time it’s $10. This however has become obsolete given how easy the two popularity missions can be. Don’t drive like a maniac and you’d see just how easy they are.
