I think it is. You can unlock special bullets through having your staff in it do research. There's also a bunch of unlocks for weaponized vehicles, and various weapon and vehicle liveries through said research.
Just don't make the same mistake I did when I first got one, and get the one all the way at the top of the map. Any of the ones roughly in the middle of the map are more ideal.
Thankfully I switched to one of those before I bought any of the upgrades for the bunker.

Don’t let any of your businesses reach max capacity and the nightclub stays infinite. You could pay for more space if you want to but Tony’s cut is meaningless considering the fact that money is always coming and you don’t have to pay a dime to operate.

crim's "the streets" is right, it's the same as the zeno in that if you change to non stock mirrors, they modelled (or more likely copied and pasted) an additional hitbox component that causes the car to snag on pretty much everything

it took rockstar years to fix it on the xa-21 and i think two dlc's to fix it on the zeno so don't expect that problem to be fixed anytime soon

When the boost is on, it takes 2 minutes to process a piece of your supplies instead of 7 minutes (if bunker is maxed on upgrades). No, it doesn’t take one bar to fill up. It takes the same amount of supplies but it’s just faster.

i have not bothered poking around the changes to find out if that is actually the case, but it would make sense
so-called ghost raids happen because you met one or more of the conditions
whether it covers warehouses as it has no security option in the first place is something else entirely however
so just either do it or hang around for others to start reporting, but that might be a while

Its suspicion bar. The more money gets into your safe / the more illegal mission you do with this business this bar will get to a 100% and it will no longer let some money to get into the safe etc…
You need to do the car wash mission to wash a car and the bar will go down to 0.
The car wash is connected to every business you own to make money with the safe + you have a +30% value on your fake money business. Hope it helps 🙂 (sorry for my english)

No if you have the security only in the mansion then the risk will be lowered but if you have the upgrade in the business and the mansion then it will be no chance
