nightclub is most low effort and requires no intervention to accrue stock but you basically have to be online 24/7 afk when you're not playing for it to be worthwhile

it was my chosen method to >$1bn

in terms of anything else not heist, bunker (assuming fully upgraded) and acid (assuming you've done the fooligan missions and bought the lab upgrade)

both are still pretty profitable when you buy stock and have no major downsides

you can also add Lupe sourcing to Special Cargo since it still makes money on sales if you pay for that, but personally I'd consider this an optional plus

nothing MC (coke, meth, etc) is worth the hassle imo
