the mansions will have the ability to enter them, and you can see its interior from the outside but imagine two people own the same masion and each one styled its interior differently, so how will the game know what to show? If we're both outside of the mansion, will we both see different interior? Will I see his or mine?
I know when entering that's not a problem, is like entering a nightclub or office or appartment, it asks you if you want to enter yours or buzz the other person property to enter, but what about looking at it from the outside?
