If you really don’t see the value in them you’d likely will be unwilling to do them. I don’t see any reason why you’d get something you aren’t interested in and I don’t see any real use in the ruiner but if you can justify either with how you play, then both options remain on the table.

Enhanced has all the latest bbells and whistles your average gta online player wants but legacy has been around for much longer and as a result, all the single player improvements just work. Enhanced is getting there but it can't catch up. There is no "which is better" just "how do you wish to play."

In short, for the grinding part, the easiest simplest fastest mission you could do taste about 1.5 to 1.8 million on average and to start it you need about 4 million before hand, but then after you get that you need to do the mission over and over to get money for other stuff and a lot of stuff nowadays are about 1 to 2 million at least

Of course you could do other mission but you get less money and hence more grinding

It would be very repetitive and there is no way to change that
