I think i would recommend going for the OP2.
As you could just wait and buy any business that will be on weekly sale, by doing a cayo heist.

Or maybe buy other mc businesses, as that would also give more value to the carwash and nightclub.

I'm not sure if he has done the bunker research yet for oppressor.

Honestly it really depends on what they want to do and how they enjoy playing the game. Nightclub gets you an infinite source of income that never runs out of space as long as they don't fill it to capacity and with easy missions it doesn't require money to be spent or much of anything for that matter. (It's difficult to raise that spookometer unless they were to drive like a maniac)

A bunch of the businesses don't require constant payments to be made so even if they don't make a whole lot per, it is all profit when you think about it. Not a whole lot of people want to put in the work though in whichg case heists are much more quick and dirty.

Doing one mc steal mission guarantees up to two sell vehicles which makes it solo friendly. Car wash does require constant attention and there aren't any down sides for the people who enjoy putting in the work but the people who just see it as work might not be so keen.

I never touch my crates warehouse because you're required to keep paying but if that's their style, I believe you still profit off of it.

But the important thing is figuring out what they want out of the game and to make decisions around that.

time trials are a challenge, and they're fine the way they are.
I used to not be able to do them at all and didn't even understand how can they possibly be done.
I watched some videos for best path suggestions, then practiced until I managed to get them done, at first I did them exclusively with the hakochou drag HSW, but then I started trying other vehicles.
Today I'm on a character that I'm doing little RP, so I act as a hillbilly leaving in blaine county, have most of my properties up there, and have a Bati RR for regular time trials and Vigero ZX for HSW time trials. Sometimes I use the Vigero for regular time trials as well, rxcept this couple of weeks where the rain is really challenging the grip of the cars, I find it more difficult, so I use the bati.

it is fun to challenge yourself, and I now find them quite easy, so if they would buff them it will make it boring

I hate when I fail a few times, but then I understand that's where the fun is, when you are pissed and try again and again and then when you finally make it the satisfaction is greater

First, you have to own the MC businesses like Cocaine Lock up, weed farm etc. Once you own those, you assign your staff through the Night Club computer to manage those businesses. They will resupply and bring product to the NC to sell

I believe you can do missions. I know whenever I have to put in a lot of time to help people with their sell missions I gotta keep a close eye on my club so it never reaches max capacity so it stays infinite. It's different when I know how long it's gonna be but I never let it stay for any longer than 3 in game days (about the time it takes for one of them to almost reach its limit)

I can't say that 5 businesses are required when it's an infinite source of income. The one thing I recommend against is filling to space to capacity because you'd be putting a cap on something that has no limits.

Unless you mean missions like stunt races or adversary modes that take you out of the (game world?) in which case I’m not too sure but again I don’t think you can go wrong with an infinite source of income where upkeep payment is optional.

South of the map sounds like port of Los Santos where there should be warehouses. Even if it was El Burro Heights industrial district, I’d be more concerned if there aren’t any warehouses. Forget the missions. As far as I can tell he’s a car guy who isn’t required to have played through the game like how most people play it.
