and i think there's a modified taxi method where if you block the road in front of the taxi with a large vehicle and select a destination it will still work in terms of afk

I don't go AFK a lot, but when I sometimes want to get off for a couple of hours and I have some businesses I want to continue producing I use the taxi method, it really works, just use a personal chopper, place it aside right in front of the taxi and then ask the driver to take you anywhere, he will get stuck there forever, apparently, they didn't teach them there's a reverse gear in the cab... 😄

I don’t understand what your other businesses have to do with crates warehouse. I think I should have been more specific.
You are required to keep paying for crates warehouse so I never touch it. I don’t know if the amount you have to pay is about what you get in return on a normal week. Only thing I know for sure is that you make $0 if you just let it sit there unless the amount you’re required to pay is equal to how much you make.

the most "profitable" way to earn money from warehouse is to buy 1 crate for 2K, but then you need to do a TON of missions as each one is a single crate, but the return of investment is the highest there, George, you like the grunt work, so that may be good for you.
the average profit for each crate when you sell is high, the more you have the higher the price you get from them, but again, it will take you hours to fill in a big warehouse

I'm following your logic, minus the grunt work, which I enjoy less doing... I generally aim for a good time/money ratio, so when I do a job, I expect to be paid well.
So, my question to you is, where do you draw the line, after all, you do need to invest in some businesses, right? for example, you always give example of the night club or other businesses where you can make money without having to pay up front, but isn't buying the business paying up front?

so how do you decide how much to invest in each business? there's always a trade off, for example, a full blown night club may cost you a lot, but the passive income will be higher.
on the other hand, having basic business will give you "free money" but it will take longer to break even

I for example started this character by buying NOTHING, I used the free stuff I was given in the criminal starter pack and started making money without investing a single dollar, but then, once I do some "free money" I can invest it in upgrading or buying other businesses, which is leveraging my already earned free money to gain more and more free money

Initial investment means nothing if you’re guaranteed to make it back by not sinking any more into it. It’s repeating expenses that I really dislike because you get in a cycle with how much you have to keep paying and weigh how much you make in return. By not needing to do that, it is a lot more work I agree but the money you do make is all profit. I can choose which ones I want to do because I don’t have to worry about expenses.

I agree with you, and that's why I think kosatka and agency are the best ones to invest in, they make you tons of money for not so much effort and you don't need to pay up front to make profit besides initial investment

setting up cayo costs you from second time but you can literally get those 100K back if you care to spend a few more minutes in the island while scoping and pick up the buried stashes and hidden treasures, two of each, 25K each, you get your initial investment back, and if you do it from the beginning, you're already ahead of the "investment" as first time is paid by Madrazzo so you only increase the profit by extra 100K right off the bat

agency, a clean 1M each Dre's contract, no investment, no fencing fees... and you also have those VIP jobs available any time you want a quick buck

• The seabreeze is my general aviation aircraft with no weapons. Buzzard and FH hunter takes care of that. Cargobob gives me an extra one in case Tony's blows up.
• 8F Drafter was free from Rockstar and the Kanjo SJ was from the podium last time. Don't have any use for these.
• Deluxo is meant for aviation as well with no weapons. Stromberg gives me deep sea diving should I need it.
• Sprunk and Ecola Sabres was from that event which no longer get used
• Kuruma, Duke o Death, Baller, Nightshark and Insurgent are or were my combat vehicles that again, I hardly use because the mk2 replaced them
• Bati 801 gives us an infinite wheelie but the moment you put the wheel down to avoid an obstruction, it'd be too late. I'm considering the hakuchou because you lean forward but not sure if I need it.
