there are in fact no leaks at all

If you don't get stuck in mantrap several times and have to restart the heist
If you don't fuck it up and keep restarting the heist to do it flawlessly (I've met a few guys like this, if their bag was shot and they lost 2K, or if the hacking took 3 seconds more, or the alarm went off, they restart.
If you get a good loot and don't need to keep cancelling and setting up until you get a good loot.
THEN you may get yourself a nice share of 1.7M tops...
