S2 looks most like a 911, a cyberpunk livery is available for this if you care about that sort of thing but you will have to buy the car off someone since it's a locked livery - and it also have a couple of spoilers that will make you bulletproof from the direct rear

Flare let's you deflect incoming missiles that already fired into one of the flares.
Chaff on the hand turns you untragetable for a few seconds once you deploy the chaff countermeasure.

Back to personal preference.

If you cannot buy something, it only gives you more time to work towards it and more importantly think about the purchase. Heisters can have their fun with fast paced work but I prefer not to spend any money beyond the initial investment so that every dollar is profit by default.
