There are no right or wrong ways to play a sandbox. A lot of the businesses do allow you to operate at no additional cost to yourself making every dollar profit but I’d say heists are still the quickest way to get money even if they don’t interest me. The nightclub is an infinite source of income that allows you to only profit as long as you choose to not swap DJs. Personally I don’t understand why people say you have to wait until you get the others because you can renovate at any time. I’d say it’s far more important to secure an infinite source of income early (after heist properties if that’s your style)

When every dollar I make is profit, I can pick and choose which businesses I want to operate out of the nightclub.
