I’m not sure what you mean by ex but they get a bad rep because you’re either at a net loss or break even when you don’t have the upgrades. This is just my personal opinion but upgrades to me means you pay extra to keep paying which you’re gonna have to do. Alternatively you do one steal mission and guarantee up to two sell vehicles, it is easy to do solo and every dollar becomes profit.

There is another thing you should add, though yes if you set up the cayo heist 48 minutes after Pavel messages you that the heist is ready. It really doesn’t change much, but one thing I should add is that i believe it lowers the chances of getting pink diamond, and if you want pink diamond more often you can wait 72 hours before setting up the heist again
