stock level and time as CEO
now a lot of ppl say I always come off CEO when I've finished doing stuff but ppl are human, I'm often in CEO well after Ive finished doing something CEO
so what you primarily want to do is to make aure you never hit the stock level criteria

it so turns out with NC that with the security upgrade, the upgraded raid threshold (40%) is just above the best time to sell NC which is when coke and meth are full
