it comes close to you wherever you call it in, you can resupply all businesses with it, you can refill your explo sniper ammo while being OFF RADAR, it cant get locked onto, its got 40 rpgs armour, it‘s a Mercedes, it looks cool on the interieur, it‘s got a rocket turret which can lock onto 5 people at once, it has a drone station… all that while being off the radar while it‘s stationary making it a great base for pvp, and it stores the MKII which is one of many essentials for pvp

the griefer strat is to always keep an active Doomsday heist in your pocket for not just the departing orb
You (and anyone with you) aren't yet dead immediately after your avenger is disabled, so you quickly bloop back to the facility using the invite, quickly invite your avenger-mates to your facility, and fetch another avenger
rise and repeat until everyone gangs up on you

this also works well if you hate mkii's and you're solo
just pop out, fly straight towards a mkii and let your blades to the talking
if you get damaged enough to fall out of the sky this way just bloop back to facility

if you're gonna grind auto shop deliveries the staff handover is good, but it will obviously take a long time to make back the staff money thru deliveries before it starts making actual profit

personally i think neither is worth it
living quarters is a must for me for any property for switchable spawns

first of all the car is too loud, and gets impounded with costs of up to 200€, then the car gets checked if it‘s legal. if they check the silencer is missing, it means the vehicle is incapable of participating in traffic which is I think another 700€ for the checkup, and also I think a big fine as well as temporary loss of the drivers license. the car then has to be changed, silencers cost up to 2000€, as well as the work of the mechanics for up to 200€.
Then the car already went through 3100€.
Then I have to get it checked again, if it‘s all good I get it back for I think 100€.

Nightclub gets you an infinite source of income so I don’t see any real reason to improve the “efficiency.” I’ve always been a solo player from the very beginning of my play through and I only do what I want to do making sure I don’t pay for anything I don’t have to that way every dollar I make is profit.

To give you my thoughts on your earlier comment, I always say to weigh the benefits and any potential drawbacks and if it’s something you want and you got a sustainable source of income, it’s a purchase you can make easily. Just make sure you actually want it and are planning to use it.

Rockstar very rarely allow us to claim cars but I honestly haven’t done a single contract. I got one to tow cars because I find it relaxing. I enjoy doing grunt work and you’re able to profit every time which makes it “worth it” for my needs.

If the police get called, just leave the area and come back. I always take a few seconds to spawn an mk2 just in case they get called and it’s easy profit. You just gotta be willing to do them which I understand not everyone is.
