What I recommend is finding something that you enjoy doing - for me, that's businesses where I don't have to keep spending money so every dollar I make is profit but I feel like doing one thing over and over gets a bit dull. (Needless to say, I don't do heists because you have to keep spending money.)

So far I have bunker (which I picked by the career path choice of gunrinning business), I have Kosatka, Agency, and for some reason I was given TWO high end apartments for free, I don't even need one, but I'm not complaining, each one comes with a 10 cars garage, so I may use them just for that, or trade them for other properties I may find more useful, for example, I like to buy a couple of cheap houses/garages up north, so I have somewhere to spawn at when needed, instead of travelling all the way up

24k/48 mins is when you're basically constantly doing them

then like popularity it starts falling off over time until you get nothing

(or like a few hundred, whatever the basic minimum is, i forgor)

you need to do way more than two to get anything worthwhile in the safe
and you need to keep doing it, otherwise as above it starts falling off

Heists are definitely quicker and superior - I just can’t bring myself to do them.

• My nightclub is constantly running in the background. I make sure to never max out any one business so I can make the most that I can. Because it is all automated, you begin losing money if any one gets fully maxed as your techs won’t have anywhere to put it. (I operate with no upgrades)
• From a daily routine, I go up to Paleto to do salvage yard tow truck missions. (Contracts never interested me so I got what was best for my needs) I take a few seconds to spawn an mk2 every time in case the police get called. Either leave the area or just hover over until you lose the police and your guaranteed profit every time - assuming you’re willing to do whatever job the game throws at you like I am.
• Customer motorbikes can be done at very little cost if any at all. I take my time and listen to the customer and I make sure to watch my surroundings when making the delivery. (I cannot stand the auto shop so I don’t have it but I believe it has something very similar)

Moving onto some of the things that can’t be in my daily routine because the above takes up 48 minutes which is about the time it takes for the nightclub to tick over

• I run hangar stock solo. I enjoy putting in the work and so far have a 100% collection rate.
• My two mc businesses I wanted to run are also on that list. By not paying for supplies I know every dollar is profit. One steal mission to guarantee up to two sell vehicles and I sell immediately after just so nothing funny happens.

Sometimes I get lucky and the motorbike customer is up in Paleto. They’re either up north or down south in which case I take care of whichever is closer. Salvage yard or nightclub.
